Lemonade

I really like my local produce co op Bountiful Baskets, however you occasionally find yourself with a large quantity of one type of produce.  That is what happened when I had 12 lemons! 

Lemonade

For each cup of water, add:

1 1/2 T lemon juice
3-4 T sugar
1/8 t salt

Boil sugar and water for 2 minutes.  Chill the syrup and add the fruit juice.  Chill completely.  I made a whole gallon of this and we drank it all with dinner.  So delicious!  I also had enough lemon juice to freeze for a whole other gallon.
